Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach and Self-Employed Personal Trainer. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for engaging with members, upholding high standards of cleanliness, and delivering world-class group exercise classes. As a Self-Employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own business, with access to a dedicated PT Business Support team and a fast-growing member base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional member experiences through engaging interactions and high-quality group exercise classes
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and gym floor maintenance
  • Develop and grow your own personal training business, with support from our dedicated PT Business Support team
  • Participate in management development training programs to enhance your leadership skills

Requirements

  • Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification
  • Passion for fitness and delivering exceptional member experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
