We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Casualty Underwriter to join our team at Zurich 56 Company Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our casualty underwriting strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies for large corporate and multinational accounts.
  • Collaborate with pricing and reserving actuarial teams to ensure performance meets profitability and growth targets.
  • Conduct detailed opportunity assessments with key distributors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the team and assist in training and developing others.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of casualty underwriting, particularly in the context of large corporate and multinational accounts.
  • Excellent broker network, market knowledge, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions.
