Residential Roofing Position

We are recruiting an experienced Roofer to cover Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.

Salary Range: £32,000 - £35,000 per year

This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a high level of roofing expertise, including repairs and replacements of pitched and flat roofs.

Key Tasks:

  • Carrying out roofing repairs at residential properties, including occupied homes and empty buildings.
  • Working on various types of roofs, using materials such as tiles, felt, lead, and mineral sheets.
  • Removing non-licenced asbestos, with full training provided.

Requirements:

  • Trade-based experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environments.
