About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins, and be willing to travel to our locations.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in childcare or a related field, or be willing to work towards one.
  • DBS clearance at enhanced level.
