Job Title: Clinical Practice Educator

About the Role:
Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a skilled Clinical Practice Educator to join their team. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face clinical training for care staff, delivering patient-specific training sessions, and developing training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical training to care staff.
  • Develop and deliver patient-specific training sessions.
  • Design and implement training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents.
  • Participate in regular audits to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Maintain the clinical skills lab, including stock and equipment auditing.
  • Lead the delivery and evaluation of a mandatory training programme.
  • Keep accurate training records and update the clinical skills lab as needed.
