Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Hydraulic Engineer to join our team at The Crane Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the service and inspection of lorry loader cranes, including warranty work, fault diagnosis and rectification, and installation of new cranes onto new and used chassis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and inspect lorry loader cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Carry out warranty work on new cranes, including installation and testing
  • Accurately diagnose and rectify faults on cranes, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Install new cranes onto new and used chassis, ensuring proper alignment and leveling
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new installations to ensure quality and safety
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork, including maintenance logs and customer documentation

Requirements:
