Incident Response Lead

As an Incident Manager at Barclays Technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and resilience of our IT services. You will be responsible for leading the response to complex technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. • Lead the response to complex technical incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including incident volume and resolution time
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to prevent future incidents

• Experience in IT service management, with a focus on incident management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and standards, including ITIL
