Aerospace Manufacturing Position

An experienced MAIT Specialist is required to join our client's team in the Aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in precision assembly.

The Role

As a MAIT Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling complex products, including R&D items and flight hardware, while ensuring meticulous quality control standards. Additionally, you will develop and implement new assembly procedures.

Estimated Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble delicate components with utmost care
  • Utilize advanced Metrology equipment for precise measurements
  • Conduct extensive testing, including functional, electrical, and environmental testing
  • Design and create detailed assembly procedures
  • Thoroughly inspect machined parts

Requirements:

  • Profound understanding of engineering concepts
  • Extensive experience in precision assembly
  • Expertise in Metrology equipment operation
  • In-depth knowledge of MAIT principles and best practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
