We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO to join our team at Stonewater. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic projects and programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain a robust project and programme management governance framework to support the delivery of our strategic plan.
  • Provide assurance to our Strategic Delivery Board on the integrity and coherence of our portfolio of programmes, projects, and change initiatives.
  • Support the Assistant Director of Projects and Programmes in providing guidance and oversight to project managers and programme teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and governance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, programme managers, and other business leaders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on project and programme management best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage and maintain project and programme management tools and systems, including PPM tools and Microsoft collaboration tools.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in project management support functions, developing project and programme management frameworks, and improving project and programme processes.
  • Strong delivery governance experience, preferably within a small to medium-sized change and transformation organisation.
  • Good understanding of project and programme delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge and experience of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience of using and maintaining project and programme management tools and Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage and prioritise own workload.
  • Focussed on successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Pro-active and collaborative approach to team working and partnering.
