We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the hospitality industry or gain experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Ensuring all equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly
- Assisting chefs with food preparation and plating
- Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or porter is preferred but not essential.
