Diversity and Inclusion Professional

This role will provide comprehensive employment support to residents through 1-1 and group-based interventions. Support will include addressing entry barriers to the labour market, maximising professional development for people who are in work, creating learning and career pathways to address skills gaps and foster career growth, and offering early targeted interventions for customers facing complex barriers to work.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver coaching and training techniques to engage and empower service users.
- Work within a performance-driven environment to meet hard targets.
- Utilise employability systems and/or Customer Relationship Management systems.
- 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part-time) per year.
- 2 volunteering days per year for community involvement.
- An additional 'Beliefs day' once a year for personal development.
