About the Role

As a Senior Financial Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information for the Midstream Refinery. Your expertise will be instrumental in:

  1. Reviewing and verifying financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, intercompany account reconciliations, and bank account reconciliations.
  2. Preparing detailed financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the offshore team to ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas - Financial Accounting preferable.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience in SAP R3/ECC highly desirable.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
