CNC Programmer/Machinist

Manufacturing Workforce is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Dugaurd 3-axis milling machines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Programming and setup of CNC machines
  • Strong knowledge of Visi Cam
  • Production of complex tooling to high standards of quality and specification
  • Ability to read technical drawings and design manufacture
  • Planning and management of machine output and efficiency
  • Planning of people, shifts, and machines to support tight timing plans
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Personally motivated and able to motivate others
  • Good communication skills and ability to express themselves clearly
  • Desire to develop and improve products and processes
