Safeguarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic registrant to join our Education Team as a Safeguarding Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills, working in partnership with Universities, Colleges, and Health Communities to support the delivery of safe, high-quality care through workforce education and development.
Main Duties- Take a lead role on specific work streams relating to the portfolio, working collaboratively with health communities to implement work programmes aligned with national and health board-wide objectives.
- Apply key principles of professional, education, and practice development to improve patient care and safety through adoption of a range of approaches, working largely within and supporting staff within the education and practice setting.
- Develop and deliver education programmes to meet national and local policy, professional standards, and local service requirements.
