About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer to take their career to the next level, working in the leading domicile for investment funds and enjoying the benefits of living in the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on investment funds and corporate/M&A matters
  • Work closely with the firm's clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's funds practice and business growth

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
  • At least 2.5 years' post-qualification experience
  • Experience gained from a leading city or national firm, in either corporate/M&A or funds work
  • Excellent academic record
  • A willingness to relocate and take on a new challenge offshore

What We Offer

Our client offers a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, and a relocation package. Salaries for 3 PQE lawyers start at around US$160k (completely tax-free), equivalent to a UK salary of £220k.
