About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of baristas to deliver high-quality customer service
- Manage day-to-day operations, including stock maintenance and health & safety
- Train and develop new baristas to achieve their full potential
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective team management and customer engagement
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the store
