Compensation Package
Our compensation package includes a salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a range of benefits that make working with us rewarding and fulfilling. These benefits include flexible working hours, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

Job Responsibilities
As a Care Professional with Home Instead, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to clients in their own homes. This may involve assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring your support to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
While previous experience in care is not essential, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others. A UK driving license is also required, as you will need to travel to visit clients in their homes. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to excel in this role.
