Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at McGregor Boyall in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the background screening and checking process for new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in background screening and checking, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the candidate background screening and checking process from start to finish.
- Proof checking right-to-work documentation and assessing any discrepancies.
- Conducting background checks and tracking ID documents.
- Following up with candidates to chase missing documents.
- Validating documents using our internal system.
Requirements:
- Experience in background checking and verification.
- Strong knowledge of professional services and high-volume onboarding requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office or GSuite.
