Job Title: Learning Support Assistant with Creative Background

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have complex needs, including ASD, behavioural difficulties, and SEMH needs.

About the Role:

  • Work 1:1 with pupils and support within the classroom
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and positive in your approach
  • Utilize your creative background in Arts, sensory, therapy, or drama to support SEND pupils
  • Engage, promote confidence, distract, and positively influence meaningful, fun, and supportive learning and progress
