About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Industrial Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service, and identifying top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates
  • Identify top talent for our clients
  • Collaborate with the team to meet targets and exceed expectations
  • Confidently handle tele sales and manage temporary workers
