Wellbeing and Activities Facilitator

Job DescriptionThe Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in planning and delivering activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. This will involve maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies, and establishing links with the local community.
Requirements- Previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing or Dementia setting.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations.
- Positive attitude towards older people and commitment to providing stimulating and quality activities and social events.
