Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our South Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a professional service to all customers and potential customers, with the aim of achieving sales and financial targets.
- Support customers through the buying process, both in person and via telephone and email.
- Maintain contact with customers through updates on promotions and keep existing customers informed on all aspects of build, sales, and progression.
- Ensure standard follow-up procedures are adhered to and respond to customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure targets are met, sales are closed, and deposits are taken within set guidelines.
- Collaborate with third parties such as banks, solicitors, and estate agents to progress each sale through to completion in a timely manner.
- Open the show home, organize the presentation of the Sales Information Centre, Show Home, and Landscaping, including signage and cleanliness.
- Proven experience working in a similar position using sales and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers.
- Strong initiative, drive, and enthusiasm to work with Centre of Excellence guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different types of people.
- Collaborative and open-minded with a progressive mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.
