* Understand contract conditions and maintain commercial awareness.
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring targets are met and regulations are complied with.
* Ensure projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Direct project teams, clarify objectives, and manage roles.
* Oversee project finances, including profit and loss.
* Produce project reports and participate in financial and program reviews.
* Ensure compliance with company commercial and financial procedures.
* Develop project programs, coordinate resources, and liaise with other departments.
* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
* Procure project resources, oversee testing, commissioning, and training.
* Ensure all contract documentation is prepared according to specifications and timelines.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing civil engineering projects, especially in the water sector.
* Experience in water and/or sewage industries.
* IOSH or SMSTS qualification, CSCS card essential.
* Proactive communicator with a full UK driver's license.
