Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join our award-winning team at Medlock Partners.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with industry specialists across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive support on corporate transactional work.

Candidates should have a commercial and client-focused approach, with the ability to deliver sound, pragmatic advice.

  • PQE of 3+ years, ideally from a leading firm.
  • Experience in corporate work (specialisation in specific areas is welcome).

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including household-name PLCs, high-growth companies, mid-tier businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To advise clients on corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, and corporate governance.
  • To work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive support on corporate transactional work.
  • To maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
