Job Summary:

Resource Matters Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Controller to join their team. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for auditing, monitoring, and evaluating quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with company, customer, and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit compliance against Quality Management Systems, raising non-conformances and providing objective evidence to enable operational teams to take corrective action.
  • Complete product testing and internal audits against specific schedules or requests, and assist in investigations of out-of-spec results and customer complaints.
  • Provide technical support and advice to teams, seeking guidance from Department Managers or Operations Quality Managers as needed.
  • Work with production teams to improve technical control and support new product development trials and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related areas.
  • Ability to challenge and anticipate the bigger picture in analysis and recommendations.
  • Able to summarise key findings and have a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Highly organized, driven, and energetic, with a proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Working Hours:

The working hours will be on a permanent night shift basis, Monday to Thursday.
