Senior Associate Underwriting Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Underwriting Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining effective and efficient production services to support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Underwriting Lifecycle Support: Thoroughly review and monitor in-scope submissions processing and clearance in line with agreed service levels.
- Data, Records and Document Management: Ensure in-scope underwriting submissions are stored and indexed, within service levels.
- Regulatory Compliance, Governance and Controls Assurance: Help to support Europe Operations Management team in closing Corporate Audit corrective actions and other related internal controls assurance work.
- Standard Operating Procedures and Training: Play a key role in creating, maintaining, reviewing, and providing sign-off for Europe Operations standard operating procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management: Represent EU Operations, as required, in internal stakeholder meetings to support effective communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across Travelers Europe.
- Customer-centric approach with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to support change.
- Adept at working within fast-changing business environments and flexible to the changing business requirements.
- Private Medical Insurance: On commencement of employment, you are eligible for single cover provided by Travelers, with the option to add cover for your dependents, at your expense through payroll deduction.
- Retirement: Travelers will make a core contribution of a percentage of salary to your Pension Plan. Additionally, if you decide to contribute to the plan, you will receive an increased company contribution.
- Holiday Entitlement: Start your career at Travelers with a minimum of 25 days holiday entitlement annually, plus the opportunity to purchase additional days to allow for up to a total of 35 holidays per year.
