Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Yauatcha Soho, a modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive team dynamic.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional service standards, with a focus on attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
  • Availability to work full-time, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
