Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Process customer repair orders and track progress
  • Prepare and provide quotations and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide tailored support

Requirements:

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
  • Fluent in oral and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload
  • Proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions
  • GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent
  • Must already hold unrestricted rights to live and work in the UK
