Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our client's Facilities Management team in West London. As a key member of the Permit Office, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards across their facilities by overseeing compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the induction, learning, and permit processes as part of a small team.
  • Review Contractor RAMS for approval in advance of works.
  • Visit work sites to assess work for compliance to site and business policy.
  • Ensure correct Permit to Work is implemented.
  • Record and monitor Electrical and Mechanical Isolations to ensure applicable documentation is in place and correctly recorded.
  • Compile and maintain safety files and other related relevant files.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is in place, accurate, and appropriately filed to assist with internal and external auditing.
  • Report on sub-contractor performance where repetitive matters of safety are not being addressed according to requirements.
  • Schedule, plan, and review SHE Committee Meetings.
  • Attend Safety and Compliance meetings on behalf of the department.
  • Coordinate and participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Prepare monthly SHE reports, statistics, and presentations related to Permit Office performance.
  • Report corrective action taken to close out NCR reports using Company and Client systems.
  • Perform any other work-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements

  • Permit to Work and isolation experience.
  • Previous experience within FM.

Estimated Salary: £17.78 per hour. A weekly alternating rota of 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm, with opportunities for overtime.
