We are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join our team. As an Employment Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a range of employment matters, including tribunal cases, and working closely with fee earners to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of employment matters from inception to completion
  • Work closely with fee earners to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A stellar academic background, including the LPC
  • Extensive tribunal experience and a proven track record of managing your own caseload
  • 12 months of experience in an employment paralegal position
