Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Design Expert to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the bathroom design and sales process, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on bathroom products and design solutions, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and recommend products that meet their needs and budget.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our bathroom sales area, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or design role, preferably in the building supplies industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bathroom products and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using design software, such as 20-20 Fusion planning software.
