Brew Master

We are seeking a skilled Brew Master to join our team at Castle Marina Retail Park in Nottingham. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be part of a passionate and warm team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages that meet our standards.

• Crafting great coffee drinks using sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk
• Serving customers with a smile, ensuring they have an exceptional experience
• Learning about Costa products, including teas, frappes, and seasonal offerings
• Maintaining health and safety and cleanliness standards across the store

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking with ease.
