**Job Description:** Commercial Attorney - M&A Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Attorney to join our corporate law team in Watford. As a Commercial Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate law, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice to clients. You will need to be confident in your ability to build relationships with clients and introducers, and have excellent communication skills.

The company offers a competitive salary of £100,000 per annum, excellent holiday entitlement, and private medical cover which includes a range of additional benefits.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
  • Building relationships with clients and introducers.
  • Delivering high-quality advice to clients.
  • Managing a varied case load in all areas of corporate law.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of corporate law and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
