Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at CER Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children in their everyday learning and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom and contributing to the development of lesson plans
  • Assisting with the care and supervision of children, including those with special educational needs
  • Providing individualized support to children who require additional help
  • Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of the school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support to children and contributing to the development of the school's policies and procedures
