Dynata is a leading digital data collection company, and we're seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and providing financial insights to senior management.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous benefits package. Our benefits include an Activity Pass, Apple Products, and a Cycle scheme, among others. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development through our Learning Management System.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a finance business partner, with strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel knowledge. You will be responsible for providing financial information and analysis to support decision-making, as well as implementing and maintaining financial controls. Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key finance business partner for the region, communicating effectively with all key stakeholders.\
  • Production of monthly P&L packs to provide insight on business performance.\
  • Presenting financial performance, full-year forecasts, and budget variances.\
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure data is accurate and provide analysis to support decision-making.\
  • Driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible by identifying financial risks and working with business units to develop mitigation strategies.\
  • Understanding the cost drivers of the business and providing insight to non-finance members.\
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.\
