Oil Tank Fabrication Opportunity

We are a well-established company looking for an experienced MIG welder to join our team in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. As one of the UK's leading manufacturers in our field, we take pride in delivering innovative products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate oil tanks and associated products using MIG welding techniques up to 8mm plate and occasionally 20mm
  • Use TIG welding skills as an advantage
  • Produce high-quality welds in vertical, flat, and overhead positions
  • Analyse technical drawings and cut lists for accurate production
  • Maintain productivity levels to maximise production output
  • Collaborate with colleagues as part of a team
  • Operate overhead gantry cranes and forklifts with training provided
  • Effectively manage various tools
  • Be prepared to work overtime when required

Job Information:

  • Competitive hourly rate: £15-£17
  • Permanent contract position
  • Pension scheme available to employees

  • Standard working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
