About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team as a Self-employed professional. As a Gas and Heating Breakdown Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gas services to our customers across our extensive property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality gas services, including breakdown diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
  • Manage materials and equipment effectively, minimising waste and maintaining adequate van stock levels.
  • Conduct task-specific risk assessments and report any unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in gas and heating breakdowns across a range of domestic appliances.
  • Competence in electrical work related to heating systems and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • A full, valid driving licence is essential.
