About the Role

Aston Martin is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Aftersales team as a Graduate. This rotational role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various areas of the commercial aftersales function, working alongside a collaborative and cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Ownership Experience in managing customer programs with stakeholders, regions, and suppliers.
  • Review and analyse performance data for reports and presentations.
  • Maintain operational relationships with program suppliers and develop action plans as needed.
  • Analyse and optimise global and regional parts pricing models.
  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis to find optimisation opportunities.
  • Perform data and profit analysis for current and future models to maximise returns.
  • Explore the use of third-party automatic pricing tools based on previous studies.
  • Prepare parts pricing performance reports for organisational review.

Requirements

  • Be a key communicator, confident, and present.
  • Have a commercial degree or equivalent.
  • Be a self-starter, proactive, and interested in the details of projects.
  • Manage priorities and workload effectively.
  • Own data sets, ensuring they are credible and valid before presenting.
  • Look at the general onward progress of the region.
  • Engage with a very motivated network of dealer partners.
  • Analyse statistics to understand market trends and performance.
