**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a consultant agronomist to join our team as a business growth expert. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality consultancy services to dairy farmers, identifying evolving agricultural requirements and evaluating solutions and programs for added impact.

This is a home-based role, visiting clients across the UK, making someone based in Midlands, UK an ideal candidate.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure and expand the value of key account relationships and stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver business consultancy and high-level strategic advice to 15-25 farm accounts
  • Develop national profile and thought leadership platform
  • Inspire and support network of business consultants

Requirements:

  • Agricultural / Dairy farming knowledge
  • Agri-Business Degree Grade 2:1+ (or equivalent evidential working experience)
  • Business consultancy experience within the agricultural or dairy industry
