Job Title: Primary SENCO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary SENCO to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the provision of special educational needs support in our primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEN policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and support staff on SEN issues
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless provision of SEN services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN provision

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a NASENCO qualification and have a strong background in SEN. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is MPR/UPR/SEN POINT/TLR 2C Inner London. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive induction program and opportunities for professional development.
