Tipping Hall Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Tipping Hall Operator at our Isle of Wight Waste Recovery Park.

• Manage the tipping hall area, directing internal and third-party vehicles to the correct bunkers and ensuring compliance with waste acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a clean and safe operating area with high standards of housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with the control room operator to ensure efficient management of bunkers.
• Manage tools and equipment used in tipping hall operations and associated cleaning tasks.

• No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• IOSH – Working Safely Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure in operational situations.
