">About the Role
  • This role involves leading strategic projects for our Finance Controllership group, focusing on M&A due diligences, new system implementations, and SOX compliance. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of these projects and driving business outcomes.
  • You will lead technical accounting, tax, and regulatory reporting workstreams, collaborating closely with our Controllership team and Regulatory reporting team to ensure accurate interpretations and effective implementation.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing and leading the production of critical reports, including Consolidated financial statements and Annual Reports for global entities of OakNorth group and Pillar 3 disclosures for OakNorth Bank.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing finance inputs into evolving product complexity, technology infrastructure expansion, and IPO readiness programs.
  • Leading technical accounting (IFRS, US GAAP, India GAAP), tax (UK, US, India) and regulatory reporting (UK and US) workstreams.
  • Overseeing critical report production, including Consolidated financial statements and Annual Reports.
