Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Support Worker to join our team in Sherborne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care, meal preparation, and medication management to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, meal preparation, and medication management as per care plans.
  • Uphold governance, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards.
  • Promptly report risks and concerns for necessary actions.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support and engage with the community, representing Encompass Care positively.
