Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Site Manager to join our team at Page Green. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large data Centre Construction project near Cheltenham, with a major Main Contractor.

The successful candidate will have experience working in the mechanical site management sector, particularly in data Centre projects. Our client is a technology specialist engineering contractor, and they value candidates who can bring their skills and expertise to the table.

This is a long-term contract position, expected to last over a year. While the client prefers to recruit contract staff, they are open to considering permanent applications from suitable candidates.

In terms of compensation, we expect the successful candidate to be remunerated between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and local market rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in the planning, execution, and delivery of the data Centre construction project.
  • Develop and implement plans for efficient project execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Maintain a high level of safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical site management, preferably in data Centre projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
