We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Client Care Advisor. This is a full-time role that involves responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with previous experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by resolving customer complaints, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, and assisting in the development of customer service policies.

Salary Range:$50,000 - $65,000 per annum
