• Contribute to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards across the club, ensuring a positive member experience.
• Support staff in maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Develop strong relationships with members, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills and advance career opportunities.
