About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Government Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our Facilities Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heating and water systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to plumbing and heating systems
  • Install and commission new plumbing and heating systems
  • Conduct water quality tests and implement measures to prevent legionella growth
  • Work with other team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities

Requirements
  • Two years' experience working in a role as a plumber or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial heating and water systems
  • Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
