Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, focusing on the night audit and having a high visibility in the reception, lobby, and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight, concentrating specifically on the night audit.
  • Have a high visibility in the reception, lobby, and lounge areas.
  • Be responsible for the overall security of the hotel during your shift.
Requirements
  • Experience at supervisory level or above.
  • People management experience.
  • Ability to support the running of a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
