SEND Teacher

Join Teaching Personnel as a SEND Teacher to make a positive impact on the education of Key Stage 3 students.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to work part-time with our clients in providing one-to-one tutoring and support to students with Special Educational Needs. This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities to convert to a permanent role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualised learning plans and tailored teaching strategies to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure academic growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
• A degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN.
• Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and techniques.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each student.
