Senior Biology Instructor

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Biology Instructor to join our faculty at Wayman Learning Trust. This is a full-time permanent position offering the opportunity to shape the future of Biology education and inspire young minds.

• Lead the development and delivery of engaging and informative Biology lessons, incorporating cutting-edge research and methodologies to stimulate students' curiosity and enthusiasm.
• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, fostering partnerships between students, teachers, and parents to promote academic excellence and social responsibility.
• Develop and implement effective assessment strategies, monitoring student progress, and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that all students reach their full potential.

• Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Biology or a closely related subject and demonstrates a strong passion for Biology and a captivating teaching style.
• Has significant experience in leading teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving educational innovation, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes and teacher satisfaction.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of advancements in Biology education and sharing knowledge with peers to drive continuous improvement.

• A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the level of expertise required for this role.
